Dunnage Airbag
Airbags are safety devices to prevent damage caused by movements during transportation due to reducing broken space (free space) between cargo.
For cargo loading of MDF, we installed airbag into small broken space of cargo less than 30 cm as well as the space more than 30 cm and secured by wooden dunnage.
As for cargo loading of paper in roll (size Dia. 1.485 m x W. 1.060-1.700 m) we installed airbag between lines and top layer.
For loading steel wire rods, airbags should be installed in the inner of the coil to increase the robustness of the package while at the same time maintaining flexibility.
Not only the airbag can secure cargo conditions, but also relatively easy and quick to install or uninstall after arriving at the discharge port.
